As a small business owner, I strive to provide you with quality customer service and products that are completed in a timely manner. I appreciate your business and am honored that you have chosen Sweet Lailanie LLC to help celebrate your special occasion.

Allergy Disclaimer:

I follow specific cleaning processes, but please be aware that as a Washington State approved Cottage Law Operator, my products are made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria. I cannot guarantee the cookies are free from cross-contamination of listed allergens in the kitchen: milk, wheat, eggs, peanuts, soybeans as well as tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish. Products are also accompanied with a detailed ingredients list.

Design:

Your theme and any inspiration/reference pictures you provide will serve to establish a general look or style for your order. I will make every attempt to provide a design to match your colors and/or theme, but keep in mind that custom cookies are works of art and each handmade by me. The final product may be subject to some variations. My best work happens when I am given creative freedom by my customers. Please keep in mind I also do not produce trademark or copyright images, but I’d love to create a design related to the same themes for you.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Refunds and/or exchanges for custom products will not be offered once the product has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by the customer or another designated party. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it has left my possession. Cookies can be fragile so please take care when transporting to prevent possible breakage. Additional cookie care instructions can be found below.

Payments, changes & Cancellations:

FULL payment is due at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable, transferable retainer that will be sent as an invoice to your email or a text to your phone. Orders are NOT scheduled until the invoice payment is made.


Changes to the order must be made no later than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled pick-up/delivery date. Any changes requested after payment is made cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Please notify me by email at laniebakes@gmail.com.


Cancellation must be made at least ten (10) days prior to pick-up so we can either reschedule your order or apply your payment to a future order made within the next 6 months. Please notify me by email at laniebakes@gmail.com. If for some reason I need to cancel your order due to an emergency, illness, or error on my part - I will provide a full refund.

Pick-up:

There are two designated days each week for pick-up within the Black Diamond, Ravensdale, Maple Valley, and Covington areas. A designated party other than yourself may pick up the cookies. Orders not pick-up within a week of the initial date will be donated to an afterschool program or family in need. Please keep this in mind when planning your pick-up time. The exact location and time will be confirmed after payment is received.

Photographs and Marketing:

I reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on my website, social media, or marketing materials. Customers are welcome to post photos of the cookies on social media. You can tag me on Instagram at sweetlailaniellc or Facebook at sweetlailaniellc

Resolution of Disputes:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can find a solution together, while still maintaining the agreements outline here. The bottom line is you want cookies and I would love to make them for you.
